Man, I can't catch a break lately.  I didn't lose any weight this week.  I had the monthly visitor, then the flu, then found out yesterday that I have pelvic inflammatory disease.  So, I am bloated and not feeling well and didn't lose any weight this week.  Trent had a Birthday on Thurday and ate too much at his Birthday parties because he didn't lose this week either.  Geesh.  I REALLY hope next week is a better week!

I lost 2 more lbs. and am now at 223.  Trent is still at 203.  He didn't lose this week.  On to another week! 

Well, neither one of us lost weight at this week's weigh in.  :(  We were a little bad and had some Girl Scout cookies though so that probably had something to do with it.  Can't even  be a little bad sometimes and it shows up on the scale, that's for sure.  But, at least we didn't gain.  We'll have to be really good this week and hopefully we'll have a much better week!!!
