Well, it's been another tough week at work so we can honestly say we really haven't been working out like we should have this week.  I feel so tired all the time lately.  The weather's just gray and gloomy and that's not helping!

 

I got on the scale today and am stuck..same as Tuesday.  I'll have to try hard to get good workouts in this weekend for our weigh in on Tuesday.  Trent's doing a little better on the pop consumption this week.  He's cut it down a lot so that's a start!  We still have so much work to do but we're going to keep moving along...
