2月24日 Trying new thingsHi all! I've been asked what I'm eating to lose weight. So far, I've been eating a yogurt for breakfast, two fruits a day for snacks, Lean Cuisines for lunch and dinner and vegetables for my snack at night. When I want something sweet I eat a Smart Ones dessert. I am going to start the Flat Belly Diet tomorrow. I heard about it on Rachael Ray and bought the book from Prevention magazine. I am hoping it will help. It starts with a four day anti-bloat diet and I need that because between the thyroid issues and the Fibromyalgia, I have experienced ALOT of bloating and swelling! So, we'll see how that goes! :) Trying something new. I want to speed the weight loss up a bit! Trent's trucking right along. It should be a good weigh in on Tuesday! 评论 (3)
