    Trying new things

    Hi all!  I've been asked what I'm eating to lose weight.  So far, I've been eating a yogurt for breakfast, two fruits a day for snacks, Lean Cuisines for lunch and dinner and vegetables for my snack at night.  When I want something sweet I eat a Smart Ones dessert.  I am going to start the Flat Belly Diet tomorrow.  I heard about it on Rachael Ray and bought the book from Prevention magazine.  I am hoping it will help.  It starts with a four day anti-bloat diet and I need that because between the thyroid issues and the Fibromyalgia, I have experienced ALOT of bloating and swelling!  So, we'll see how that goes!  :)  Trying something new.  I want to speed the weight loss up a bit!  Trent's trucking right along.  It should be a good weigh in on Tuesday!

    Hiya! I also have the Flat Belly Diet book & I am just now doing the 4 day anti-bloat part. I have to say I do not care for the Sassy Water much. I twicked it a bit by using less cucumber, more lemon & mint & sweetening slightly with Splenda. Better, but I'll be glad to get back to just water. I too eat yogurt, low fat string cheese for snacks or nuts & I make my other meals from scratch myself so I can control what goes in them. Have you tried the Ziplock steam bags? They are awesome. The food has such a moist, fresh flavor & it is so quick! Good luck with the diet & let me know what you think of the Sassy Water. Maybe I'm just being finicky.

    Let me know how the Flat Belly diet goes.  I saw it as well and am interested in hearing someone who has actually tried it.
